Beloved home cook, television star, and bestselling author Mary Berg is back with 100 seasonal recipes to inspire your year and delight your palate.

For Mary, cooking meals to enjoy with family is a constant source of joy, no matter the day or time of year. But as for what those meals include? Well, that’s what makes it fun. As the seasons change, so does the food Mary craves and cooks. Sometimes it’s based on what’s available at the farmers’ market, other times it’s based on the weather or how she feels on a particular day. Well Seasoned is a cookbook to celebrate friends and family, giving readers a peek into how Mary cooks over the course of a year.

“Mary’s personality shines through this work to transform how we view cooking for ourselves and our friends and family. She makes world-class meals achievable at home with this collection of approachable recipes for any occasion or season.”
    —ARLENE DICKINSON

“This is a pretty epic recipe collection, inspired by all that affects our appetites: moods, cravings, seasons and the people around our tables. Well Seasoned covers every course and occasion, with accessible yet aspirational recipes that Mary calls into service to feed herself and her family on the regular. Like her, the book is fun and the dishes are a bit unexpected – think strawberries and rhubarb inverted into a tarte tatin, or a handful of sour-cream-and-onion chips crushed over new potato salad.”
—JULIE VAN ROSENDAAL, The Globe and Mail
