About the Author

Gavin D. Smith is an author and editor who specializes in writing about whiskey. He has written more than 20 books, including Whiskey Opus, Goodness Nose, The A-Z of Whisky, Whisky Wit & Wisdom,  The Whisky Men, The Secret Still, The Scottish Smuggler, Ardbeg: A Peaty Provenance, and Whisky: A Brief History.
