“A shameless celebration of sexual freedom, Sex Witch encourages us to cultivate the potent, political powers we all possess within our hearts and minds and between our thighs.”
-- Kristen J. Sollée, author of Witch Hunt, Cat Call, and Witches, Sluts, Feminists

Sex Witch combines occult knowledge with tried-and-true relationship advice to provide spells for each stage of a relationship. Self-love, seduction, sex, love, protection, revenge, and healing are all covered.

The spells, such as “A Tarot Spread to Find Which Relationship Format Is Right for You,” “No TERFS Allowed: Embrace Gender Identity,” and “Consecrate Sex Toys” use occult knowledge and Saint Thomas’s award-winning relationship writing to manifest a spell book that does something genuinely magickal: it works.

Sex Witch is real. Love is not always fair. Sometimes we get hurt or hurt others. Using the magic inside, you’ll learn how to stay balanced during these ups and downs:
•Break toxic cycles.
•Use candle magic to summon the perfect partner.
•Embrace and unleash your kinks.
•Navigate relationships through rough patches.
•Get over former lovers.
•Practice self-forgiveness and self-kindness.

Praise For…

“Sophie Saint Thomas has lovingly crafted the first kinky, queer, and deliciously slut-positive compendium of healing, hexing, and sexing spells for sex witches of all stripes. Whether you want to heal from a breakup, hex TERFs and homophobes, conjure clarity about your kinks, empower yourself before a sex party, consecrate your sex toys, create a cannabis-based flying ointment, strengthen a romantic relationship, or just get good and laid, Sex Witch offers the radical sex positive tools for this magical work. Sophie’s application of kink guidelines to witchcraft is especially compelling, as ‘risk aware witchcraft’ is a necessity for protecting yourself when delving into the subversive, highly stigmatized, and even forbidden realms of sex, drugs, pleasure, and pain. A shameless celebration of sexual freedom, Sex Witch encourages us to cultivate the potent, political powers we all possess within our hearts and minds and between our thighs.”
— Kristen J. Sollée, author of Witch Hunt, Cat Call, and Witches, Sluts, Feminists

“At a time when sex and sexuality are under attack, we need writers like Sophie Saint Thomas and books like Sex Witch to remind us that pleasure and magic are our birthright. Sex Witch is funny, smart, and filled with more rituals, spells, and information on sex magic than you can shake a dildo at.”
— Sarah Lyons, author of Revolutionary Witchcraft: A Guide to Magical Activism

"Sophie's Sex Witch is the perfect guide for anyone wanting to deepen their relationship to their inner ability to perform magick, and increase pleasure, power, and love—not just through the common tips we see posted online, but through rituals and spells that go a layer deeper and call forth our inner most delicious desires, our inner goddesses, and our hidden sources of power within."

— Alexandra Roxo, author of F*ck Like a Goddess: Heal Yourself. Reclaim Your Voice. Stand in Your Power

“Journalist and former Vice columnist Saint Thomas (Finding Your Higher Self) presents spiritual and sensual practices in this bold, risqué work. She first covers basic information, such as the classical elements, altars, herbs, tarot, astrology, and moon phases, in often humorous blurbs told in a colloquial style. Saint Thomas’s rituals are workable across a variety of belief systems, whether one’s altar holds depictions of ancient deities such as Aphrodite or pop-cultural figures like Freddie Mercury. The book’s latter half is a playful grimoire organized by intention, including spells for self-love, seduction, and even revenge. For instance, a “Flames for Courage” ritual recommends writing out negative beliefs about oneself and burning them. The rituals are broken down into easy steps, most of which need few specialty supplies, making them approachable for the magical beginner. Throughout, Saint Thomas eschews gender binaries, instead striving for inclusive language and addressing discrimination head-on: “all genders can be witches despite the frequent portrayal of witches as cis women.” Glossaries on identities, sexual orientations, kinks, and relationship formations are both informative and welcoming. Saint Thomas’s sex-positive empowerment manual fills an overlooked niche in modern witchcraft practice.”
— Publishers Weekly

"There are witches and then there are sex witches, those of us who love to flirt with the edge, with the abyss, with what society would often consider ‘indecent’ or ‘immoral.’ But the truth is that witches have always lived in the margins. Yet there hasn’t ever been a book written for the kink witches. In Sex Witch, Sophie Saint Thomas offers the missing link to between witchcraft and the sex-positive movement with an endless amount of magick and inspiration for those who want to embrace their sacred (and messy) sexuality. A must have for any witch, Sex Witch is the book we’ve been waiting for."
— Gabriela Herstik, author of Bewitching the Elements: A Guide to Empowering Yourself Through Earth, Air, Fire, Water and Spirit and Inner Witch: A Modern Guide to the Ancient Craft

"Sophie's words and instructions for sex magick penetrate deeply and yet remains fun. I immediately felt excited to put into practice the spells laid out for me and felt the encouragement to find my unique identity as a Sex Witch."
— Vanessa Cuccia, author of Crystal Healing and Sacred Pleasure: Awaken Your Sensual Energy Using Crystals and Healing Rituals, One Chakra at a Time
