Sammi received her Master’s Degree in Clinical Nutrition from New York University. In her practice, Sammi preaches an “all foods fit” approach to nutrition. Sammi believes that, in order for it to be sustainable and enjoyable, a healthy lifestyle should be easy. Sammi lives in New York City with her husband.
