About the Author


Iván Millán is a pastry chef whose professional training includes stays in Spain, Belgium, France and the Principality of Monaco, in addition to having a master's degree in business administration from the Le Cordon Bleu Institute. Throughout his professional career he has held various positions in transnational companies, one of them Nestlé, in positions of national negotiation, corporate sales, and institutional relations.
